Form only showing up partly in mobile phone

  • I have installed WP Customer Review and I think I will upgrade to the pro version when it’s released.

    BUT, I see that the form is not showing up properly when I check it in my iphone.

    The right part of the form is cut off and it′s not possible to scroll or zoom to view the whole form.

    Do you have a fix for this?
