Form Options display broken

The display is broken for the form options in this version of WordPress. The options do change but the display doesn’t.
A value changed displays “click to edit”
A – doesn’t update the display though the objec tis gone and an attempt to edit it triggers an “object not found” error.
A + does nothing until a refresh.
…and Enter to make changes permanent conflicts with the UI, please add a “Save changes” or “Update” button like Every Other Plugin !!
