Form or Wizard to Match Directory Listings

I’m in the process of setting up a new WP site and have installed the Connections Business Directory plugin. What I’m looking for now is something to enable a visitor to fill out a form or wizard type of functionality and based on the answers to the questions when submitted, it would match the visitor to 3 or so businesses listed in the directory that would be displayed on the next page. Obviously the fields in the directory would match the fields in the form/ wizard in order to match up variables.

Does anyone know of any plugins that can do this, or does something like this need to be custom coded?
