Form plugin not working

    Hello there, my form is not registering anyone from this morning, I can’t understand why. Sometimes it says “ooops something went wrong”, but even if it says success it doesn’t register the users in my lists. I’m adding log code, please help me:

    These are the last two types of errors, I have subscribers correctly put in the lists until 1 AM this morning.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The 2 errors you shared are different.

    First, the list (audience) that the form “3363” is connected to, has a field name “MMERGE3” which might have been set as required. Please check your list and if this field is not mandatory then uncheck the “required” field. Once this is done, login to your website, go to “MailChimp for WP” menu and click on “Renew MailChimp Lists” button.

    The 2nd error is due to a restriction in MailChimp.com and not related to our plugin. If you had deleted or unsubscribed a user manually from your MailChimp.com account then you can not add them back using their API (3rd party forms such as our plugin).
