Form plugin that integrates with MPG? (mightyform)?

    I’d like to have a form where I can tag users depending on the URL they submit from.

    I noticed the contributor to MPG also contributed to mightyforms, hoping it would easily integrate.

    I guess I would need to add a secret tag in html?

    MPG is a plugin used to generate bulk pages, posts, or custom entity posts in a matter of minutes to increase your SEO presence. What you are trying to do from my understanding is not related to our plugin since MPG is tasked with creating URLs, not storing information about the users that accessed them.
