Plugins: Contant Form 7, Converter for Media, Envato Market, Extendify WordPress Onboarding and AI Assistant, One Click Demo Import, Redux Framework, Security Optimizer (SG), Slider Revolution, Smart Custom 404 error page [404page], Smash Balloon Instagram Feed, Speed Optimizer (SG), UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore, WPBakery Page Builder, YellowPencil Pro, Yoast SEO

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
