Page reloads after submitting form

    Hi, I am using the free plugin on several websites and they work on submit without reloading the page.
    On our lates project, the page reloads after submit and since the form is at the bottom, the success or error message is hardly visible.
    Do you have any idea, what the problem could be?

    AJAX form submission (submitting the form without page reload) is and has always been a Premium feature. If it worked in the free version for you, that means some third party plugin or theme captured the form submission and processed it for you, outside of our plugin.

    Normally the page should jump to the place where the form is after it reloads, but if your theme is dynamically adding stuff to the page after the page load this can be tricky.

    You can also set a “redirect on success”‘ url in the form settings if you want to load a separate page for that.
