    I hope you are doing well.

    I could replicate this issue on my Desktop as well, it is possible you are testing when logged in and this is why it works well on the desktop but as I am logged out it is delaying the form render.

    This is most probably happening due the Delay JS module on your optimization plugin https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/pageopt/#load-js-deferred

    Could you please try disabling this module and see if makes any difference?

    If so, try to exclude that page from delay JS or Forminator scripts located on both paths:

    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/build/front/*
    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/library/*

    It works now after disabling Load JS Deferred as you said, Thank you for the help Patrick.
