Form seems to work and submit but no information is received at backend or email

  • My ultimate member form has been working perfectly for almost a year.
    Short registration and then the details are stored in the wordpress plugin area for me to review /approve. I also got email notification.

    Suddenly, new registrations do not get reported back to wordpress admin area nor do I get a new email.
    I have not changed anything since install.

    Can someone please help me?

  • You are not getting any responses (other than this one) because this is obviously not a UM related problem. You should post the issue on WordPress support. Post a link to the topic here so others can see the responses.
