Form sending, but not redirecting

I’m using Contact 7 with Smart Grid-Layout Design on this page. A recaptcha v3 has been setup as well.

When I submit the form, it sends the email, but it does not redirect to the Homepage. If I do remove the redirect, it also sends, but I never get the successfully sent message.
