Form sending to incorrect email server

  • I realize this is a really obscure issue, but hopefully someone can help. The non-profit I work for recently switched all of the emails over to Gmail. The switch went well. However when receiving emails using this plugin it goes to our old mail server ran through our website hosting company.

  • The Contact Form 7 plugin sends emails directly from you WordPress installation. If you haven’t changed your CF7 Mail tab settings, your switch to Gmail elsewhere won’t have happened here.

    I’m not sure that that is the issue. The email addresses are the same in this case it is info (at) ridgeway (dot) church. But it now just uses G-Suite for non-profits as the mail delivery system. So from what I can find in the CF7 settings, I don’t think there is anything I can change.

    See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.
