    Hello,

I have several forms on the https://linex-panneaux.com/contact/ site but when I send a form, I get the message that the request has been sent but I don’t receive any email or entry in the back office. It’s as if the request never happened.

Why is this? Can you please help me correct this problem?

    Hello,

Sorry to come back to you. Without wishing to rush you, could you please give me some pointers to help me correct this problem?

The site has just been put on line, I had done the tests before, the sending of the mails worked well and the recording of the entries also but now it doesn’t work any more for no particular reason.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @alexisfontana74,

Sorry for the inconvenience you have. If it stops working suddenly, please follow these steps:

    • Ensure that the Store Entries option is enabled in the form settings [screenshot] and confirm that you’re using the latest versions of both Elementor and MetForm.
    • Clear all caches from your website, including plugin, browser, server, or CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). Also, if you’re using a Cache/Optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
    • Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries by going to Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
    • Check your SMTP configuration to ensure it’s properly set up. If SMTP is correctly configured, try creating a new form and test it with Gmail.

    Regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

As far as the registration in the back office is concerned, it works because in fact I think an update caused the registration to be deactivated. All the forms had the box unchecked, whereas by default I always check it.

As far as receiving emails is concerned, I did a test of my own and it works. I’m checking with my customer to see if he can test it on his side and tell me if it works too.

    Best regards,
