Hello Nick, How does the debug works? I have my form submitted successfully but the entry didn’t got added to Salesforce Lead. I tried to add a debug field and debugEmail on that form but not sure how the debugging process works. There’s was no email sent to me either. Thanks!

You get an email indicating why the lead was rejected.

No email means it’s in Salesforce (or the debug email got spam filtered).

The recent leads screens is super confusing as it doesn’t actually show recently added leads… Try switching to a different view (like Today’s leads) or searching for the lead.

Thanks Nick, I didn’t realize that. You were right, Salesforce is pretty confusing ?? After switching to Todays Leads I found out my entries. Just weird because it seems like some of my details didn’t reflects like the email, phone and other additional fields. I need figure this out, maybe there’s a strict field names that needs to follow.

Field names have to be an exact match or they won’t transfer. See the FAQ for details.

I got the email and address working but not the phone. Im not sure why. I just named the field with “phone”.

That is a valid built-in field.

I suspect the format is the issue, but you’d need to take that up with Salesforce support.

Thanks Nick, It’s working all working now. Just one more thing, where does the description field goes to? I’ve noticed there’s no description box in the salesforce lead ui. Thanks

Read the FAQ. It tells you the UI name of that field and others that don’t match what you see in Salesforce.

I mean for the message/comment textbox, it doesn’t reflect to salesforce lead like the one in the demo video. Thanks.

It does. You may need to add it to your lead layout, but there is a field in Salesforce for that.
