    I tried testing our form in the website and I am not receiving any submissions on our registered email.

    Thanks for reaching out! First of all, please kindly know that you need to configure a mailer on your site. You can review all the available mailers from here.

    Once you have configured a mailer, send a test email from your site (by navigating to WP Mail SMTP -> Tools). This will help confirm whether you have correctly set up that specific mailer.

    If your mailer is not configured correctly, you should be able to see a full error log. Here’s a screenshot of the option to get a full error log. This will give you an idea of what might be causing the issue. In case it helps, please refer to our troubleshooting guide here. You can then contact your email provider/hosting support with the full error log and they should be able to assist you further.

    If your test emails are working, most likely the issue is related to your form notification settings. You may need to get in touch with the form plugin support or refer to their troubleshooting guide.
