Hi, I have a backend issue with a form where the settings tabs won’t change for changes. I’m also not able to delete a totals field. This problem is isolated to one form and works fine on other forms. I tried in Chrome and Firefox. No console errors. Any suggestions? Trying to avoid re-building the entire form!

    Hi websolplus,

It sounds like you might have HTML errors in the form fields that are causing the form builder issue. In most cases this is due to ‘unclosed’ HTML tags. An example would be a <b> tag without a closing </b> tag.

To troubleshoot this you can remove all HTML in your form fields, save the form and reload the form builder to see if this resolves the issue.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions and have a paid license, please know that you have access to our private email support. This will allow us to provide you with faster and more thorough support for any questions you may have.

    Thanks! ??

That’s exactly what it was (unclosed tag). Thanks so much.
