Form showing “add_on” in multiple places

I’m seeing exactly the same thing as well after updating to Version 4.7.3.

We had the same problem and fixed it by reverting to the following versions of the core plugin and addons –

Store Locator Plus v4.7.1
Store Locator Plus Pro Pack v4.6.5

Used with:

Store Locator Plus Extended Data Manager v4.5.01
Store Locator Plus Pages v4.4.07

Any idea where we can grab Store Locator Plus v4.7.1?

Same issue. Reverting to 4.7.2. fixes the problem.
