    Hi @strarsis

Form submission is a normal operation on any website so there is nothing for the firewall to block.

Because spam bots can come from an enormous amount of IP addresses and be using many different hostnames and user agents then you won’t be able to keep up with them and effectively block them manually.

What you need is spam bot protection so that spam bots are unable to complete the submission of a form. Caldera have a guide here:

    https://calderaforms.com/doc/protect-form-spam-caldera-forms/

Recently had a spam problem on this website https://www.aep-peru.org
that is using Caldera Forms on the form in the footer.

The form was receiving a lot of submissions, filling the mailbox of the website administrator, so we added a captcha, but now the form seems to be not working anymore.

    Hi @alenguav

The CAPTCHA that you added needs to be compatible with your Caldera form so you will need to ask caldera support for assistance.
