Form stays after closing Popup

    Hello,

    So in this page we have a popup that allows people to donate and it has the donation form embedded via shortcode. What is happening is that when we close the popup, the form is still there blocking the menu and other elements while scrolling down even though the form does not actually display in the frontend. But if you use the inspect element you notice that it is what’s blocking the elements behind it. Can we please see why this is happening?

    Glad you reached out. I took a look at the site, and I don’t see the form blocking elements or the menu. Here’s a screencast of what I see: PopUp

    I also navigated throughout the site just to test the functionality of things, and the menu and buttons I clicked worked as expected.

    I’d like to gather some more details about this to see if I can replicate it on a test site:

    First, send along your system information. Your system information is one of the most helpful tools for us to use when we start digging in to a potential issue. It gives us a peek at your site’s environment, which can give us helpful clues. You can do this by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

    Next, are you using a third party plugin to create that popup? Let me know the steps you took to create this and which tools/plugins you may have used so I can run a test that mirrors your site.
