    I posted a msg a few days ago saying only WordPress logged in user (me) was able to get a form submitted, so when testing all of these forms everything worked fine. But customers could not, nor could I when testing from a different browser (not logged in) or an Incognito tab in Chrome (meaning not logged in). I thought the issue got solved by turning off honeypot, but today I’m discovering the same issue on the other smaller forms we had, and honeypot is not on. Here is the export of one of those forms:

    It gets hung when submitting but the strange thing is we still get a notification of all the data submitted in Hubspot (WordPress plugin we use that captures form data). But not email via Forminator, and customer still stuck with spinning ball, never getting to the inline confirmation message.

    Thanks for providing the form export, I tested it on my installation but I’m afraid that I couldn’t replicate the issue that you are experiencing.
    The form was submitted instantly for me and the email notification was sent with that as well.

    It seems that this is something specific to your installation so we’re most likely dealing with conflict with one of your plugins or theme.
    Could you please perform a full conflict test by disabling your other plugins and switch to default WP theme to see if the form is submitting properly after that?
    If it is, activate them one by one until the issue is back and that should tell us where the conflict is so we can debug it further from there.

    I suggest doing this on a staging site, or if you don’t have one, make sure to have a full backup of your live site before doing the test there.
