Form Stopped Sending

  • My Form suddenly stopped sending emails on two of my sites today. The email sends to the “BCC” email address listed, but not the main email addresses.
    I am using this form on 4 sites and the common thread to the forms that are not working are Hostgator. My other sites are on SiteGround and work fine.

  • Hi, try the following troubleshooting documentation. If this does not work for you, get in contact with your host. Share with them your current issue and let them know it was working previously. Ask them if they have made any changes to your server settings?

    I spent 3 hours on the phone with Hostgator and they cannot figure out why the the form is not sending email. I have email forwarders and they cannot figure out why that doesn’t work either. This seems to be a Hostgator issue.

    Thank you for reporting back. At lease now we can safely say it is not the plugins fault.

    Keep me posted if Hostgator finds a solution.
