Form Stopped Sending Email notifications

I hope you are doing well.

It isn’t normal, Forminator uses the native wp_mail() function to handle the emails, when the form stop ending it can indicate:

– Wrong configuration on Form > Email notification:

– Issues with wp_mail ( WordPress function )
– Issues with hosting emails.

The best that we can do in case the email notification is well configured is to test an SMTP plugin using a Free Gmail or Sendgrid account, for that we suggest using WPMU DEV Banda > SMTP: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/branda-white-labeling/ to configure it you can follow https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#Additional-configuration-examples in case it works fine it indicates the WordPress or hosting emails are not working correctly then you can keep the SMTP to bypass this issue.
