Form stopped sending emails

    I inherited a WordPress site that has a form created from Form Maker Pro v 2.10.1. When a person signs up for a membership and presses submit, the form should email the information to us and direct the person to PayPal. Last week we started getting PayPal confirmations but the data from the form was not sent to us. Spam has been checked and they are not there. We are hosted by GoDaddy and they say its not a server issue.

    We have also had problems with people hitting the submit button and not being directed to PayPal.
