Form Stopped Showing

    Hi,

    Our form suddenly stopped showing on the page today.

    The form shortcode is there on the backend but no longer appears on the front end of the page today. (It should be visible at the bottom of the page under the word
    “Register”.) It was there yesterday.

    I’ve cleared the caches on the theme and the site as well as the browser. I don’t see any errors in the console.

    I am seeing this message in the Site Health Status: The scheduled event, forminator_send_export, is late to run.

    I do not know if that has anything to do with the form suddenly not showing on the front of the page or not.

    Would someone be able to look at the page and offer some advice?

  • I see that your form is working. I am having the same issue you had.

    Could you let me know how you fixed it?

    @treborcram Oh my gosh. I am not sure. It does not show up AT ALL when I am logged into the site and viewing the page.

    But you are right. When I logged out of the site completely and viewed the page the form IS there.

    That’s weird.

    I did go in and deactivate each plugin one at a time (but of course – when I checked the page I was logged in and did not notice any change to the page.)

    Maybe try deactivating and then activating each of your plugins? And then emptying your theme|site|browser caches once your reactivate all of your plugins? (That is what I did)

    In the meantime – THANK YOU for letting me know you can see the form. I had no idea it
    was visible for anyone because I was trying to see it while I was logged into the site.

    I figured out the issue (at least for mine–hopefully for your’s).

    My form is a “User Registration” form (which I used for a template) so the Additional Settings under the User Registration tab have to be NOT checked:

    Automatically log in newly activated users

    Hide the form if a user is already logged in
