Form stopped working

    My client is no longer getting copies of the forms submitted on his site. I was alerted to this on Monday and have tested both his email address and have added my own as well. Neither one of us are getting emails.

    I also just upgraded to the current version, but it’s still not working. No other changes have been made to the site in a year and it has worked fine up until now.

    Its not the hosting since these are two totally different emails on different email clients. Do you have any other suggestions I can try?

    Thanks for contacting us. Please note that the issue is most likely related to hosting provider actually. The email difference doesn’t matter here, your sendmail function of the website is disabled. Contact them to enable it, since that’s required for our plugin to work. We do not use external or plugin-only system email send out but use WordPress default option instead.
