Form Styles Not Recalculated with off-screen (tab/modal) form

I wanted to at least make you aware that this Caldera Forms plugin does not properly recalculate built-in form styling when the form is off-screen like in Visual Composer’s tabbed content, or in a Modal window.

For instance, in my case the slider styling is not applied unless the form has a conditional statement that triggers a Javascript repaint of the form.
