Form submission not working, Ajax Status Code: 500

Urgent help on contact form submission issue.. somehow form submission not working on my site. You can check the console here – https://prntscr.com/mrd2al

I’m getting response from the contact form submission ajax request.. Anyone can help me what is the issue with that?
