Form Submission Email Notifications Not Working

Hi,
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I’ve just noticed that none of my 12 forms are emailing me any new form submissions.
I’ve checked the ‘To’ email under the ‘Email’ tab on each form and the correct email address is there, but still nothing comes through when a new submission has been sent.
Each form does flash up with the “form submission successful” notification, so all appears fine to the end user.
I’ve even tried added a different email address to one of the forms, but even that form submission did not get emailed to my alternative email address.
Any suggestions anyone?
