    Hi all,
We face a form submission error on one of our client’s sites and This issue has been on hiatus for some time now. When they enter the data and click on the submit button, the form shows the “The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.” message.

Also, a specific Mac device (macOS Sonoma 1600×1200 – Safari 17 to be exact) shows the error “Google ReCaptcha verification failed, please try again later” message even though the ReCaptcha option didn’t turn on in the form.

Can anyone know why this happening?

    Hello @prabinm,

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the trouble.

The form submission issue happens most of the time because of a mismatch between the form token on the user’s browser and the one generated by WPForms. To resolve this, I’d recommend following this troubleshooting doc.

When it comes to the Google reCaptcha problem, failing to verify reCAPTCHA is a common issue that can happen with WordPress, and there are various reasons why this may occur. We have a very helpful guide here that should help to resolve the issue.

    I hope this helps.
    Thanks ??
