Form submission error “There has been a critical error on this website.”.

    I have the latest version of the fluent form.

    When and after used enter their details when they submit the form the get an error “There has been a critical error on this website.”.

    Also how do I restrict or stop multiple subissions by the same person eg using

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mohochi,

    Sorry for the delayed response. I have tested your form on your site and it seems to be working fine. If you are seeing a critical error then there is probably some other conflicts on your site. You can try disabling any security or caching plugins and then test again.

    Regarding, restricting form submission, you can set the max entries per user based on their IP, see this screenshot.
