    Hi,
    My WordPress website has “Directory privacy” enabled on “wp-admin.php” and “wp-login.php with main directory like this code part:

    <Files wp-login.php>
    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Now when whenever we try to submit the contact form it popups the directory password prompt window like the following picture:
    CLICK HERE

    So, without entering the username & password in the popup the form submission can not be done.

    How to solve this issue ? Please let me know.

  • Hello @iambidyut,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Having a directory password on the login page, should not cause the issue you’re facing when the form is submitted. When you have sometime, can you please double check your .htaccess code? In case it helps, you can also take a look at this tutorial to properly configure /wp-admin directory password.

    Thanks, and please let me know how it goes!
