form submission not working

Hello,
First of all a great plugin and so easy to integrate – Thank you so much for making our life easy.
Its all working fine, records are storing in salesforce
but, i am not receiving the email once form is filled
i need to fill the email addresses in ‘Email new submissions to:’ field correct?
what could be the issue, emails are not even in Junk folder
