Form submission not working if submit button is clicked twice

Hi,
I used multipage contact form 7 and everything is working fine , however on the last page with file upload, the form submission doesn’t seem to work well if I first submitted a empty or invalid file to get validation error and then followed by a valid file upload, and then submit. The arrow just kept loading and I received email with only shortcodes instead of field data.
If I did not first submit an invalid or empty file , the submission will go through and email will work fine.
I have tried using text field instead of file upload. The same issue happened.
Does anyone else experience the same? Any suggestion?
