    But here are our email debug instructions:

    Here is our recommended email troubleshooting checklist:

    * verify that emails are sending using a mail log plugin
    * check spam
    * disable akismet email filtering in leads->globalsettings
    * use an SMTP plugin to send site mail through an SMTP server instead of your host’s PHP mail() function which WordPress leverages…. many shared hosts have throttles on PHP’s mail() function and sometimes this can cause issues.
    * make sure you are mapping your form fields: https://docs.inboundnow.com/guide/map-inbound-now-form-fields/

    If none of those work then you’ll have to hire someone from our team to investigate and solve the issue for your site.
