Form Submission time and System Time is different

Hi , love your form plugin as i have tried many form plugin and still find yours to be the best!
however, can u please help to check why does the submitted form not taking the time and date from wordpress?? i am sure that my wordpress time system is correct as per screen shot but it seem like it is taking the time and date from other time zone other than the one specify in WordPress system
