Form Submissions Failing

  • None of our forms or orders are sending emails. I’ve tried numerous forms plugins, and placed a few dummy orders, but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas? I’ve tried the WP SMTP plugin, but that renders an internal server error 500.

    It sounds like there might be a misconfiguration with the mail functions on your web server and I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they are able to determine why your forms are not sending messages as expected.
