Form Submissions Not Being Received

For the last few weeks messages for two forms, one on the Contact Us page, and another on the Volunteer page, have not been received. I was recently notified of this, so I tested both forms, and looked into their settings to see what would happen. I filled out each form with dummy content and added my email address. I received the Thank You emails, but the email for Dan’s House of Hope that the form information should go to has not received any of my tests.

This plugin was set up over a year ago and has been working fine up until recently. WordPress and all plugins are kept up to date, however, the theme does not have any updates, and I do worry that at some point code within the theme may hinder functionality on the site, but I did not build this site, I merely help out with keeping it functioning. I’m not sure if an out of date theme might cause problems with this plugin or not, but I felt it was worth mentioning.

Dan’s House of Hope is a non profit organization that provides a place to stay to cancer patients seeking treatment in Houston, TX. If they can’t get their messages, they can’t help cancer patients, so any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
