Form submissions – not being received

  • when a user fills their details into the contact Form click ‘send’, the cog at the bottom continuously spins without submitting the Form. please see attached.

    Despite the plugin being updated

  • I am having the same problem. I have been in touch with Stable Host (my host provider) & they say it is the plug-in. UDesign theme says it could be the host provider & Contact Form 7 says it is a conflict with another plug-in. I have tried deactivating all of my plug-ins as suggested and I still get the spinning arrow when attempting to submit.

    What theme and plug-ins do you use? I used UDesign theme. My plug-ins are very few: Akismet, Black Studio Tiny MCE Widget, Easy SMTP Mail, Get The Image, Print Friendly and PDF, Slider Revolution, Revolution Slider, Table Press, Wordfence Security, WPPageNavi, Yoast SEO. My host provider is: StableHost.
