Form Submissions submitting twice

I’ve used the CF7 plugin many many times before but never experienced this issue, each time a form is submitted it’s submitting the results at least twice, in some cases sending up to 10 emails.

Even clicking the ‘submit’ button once there’s at least 2 submissions in the contact form db. Is there any resolution to this problem?
