Form Submissions URGENT (pdf, jpg, etc.)

Hi there! I implemented form maker on my website to collect property applications. The form works through submission, however I cannot find where to retrieve the documents (pdf. jpg. etc.) once the form is submitted. After a form is submitted, I get the submission on the backend of the site but with no uploads (pdfs, jpeg, etc.)
