    After filling out the form and clicking the submit button, it works fine on a PC, but not on an android phone. A continuously circling icon appears next to the button and the admin email is not sent. Please help…

    Hello @dave8441,

    ?Thank you for reaching out to support! It looks like there might be an issue with the Rocket Loader conflicting with it. Can you test one of the two things can you Enable No-Conflict Mode in the WordPress Admin -> WeForms -> Settings, or disable Rocket Loader in CloudFlare and test and see if that may resolve the issue to help narrow down what is going on.

    Unfortunately, the problem has returned, again. I disabled Rocket Loader in Cloudflare and that seems to have fixed it for now. However, I am not convinced it will not reoccur, because I “fixed” the problem several times before. We’ll see what happens…

    FYI, the problem was happening again. I cleared the site cache via the W3 Total Cache plugin, and that seems to have fixed the problem, at least for now.

    The problem has returned, and I discovered what is causing the form submit button to stop working. I cleared the cache on my website and on Cloudflare, and that fixed the problem. But when the cache regenerates, the problem returns. Obviously, having to clear the cache frequently is not a solution. Can you please fix this issue?

    Hello @dave8441,

    Thank you for reaching out to support! You might need to exclude that page from the Edge Cache and see if that helps in CloudFlare.

    Great idea, thank you! I excluded the page from caching both locally and on Cloudflare. If it happens again, I will let you know.
