Form submit problem

Hi all,

I have a problem. My developer created me a form to obtain information from our clients. It worked for a while but now, for some reason, when the user click on the button “submit”, it loads forever and nothing happens.

I talked to my developer about that but I have the feeling that he can’t do anything about it.

Can you please help?
