• Hi there,
    I have a mailchimp account and I’ve installed this plugin on my site. The plugin is connected to my account and displays the correct form properly. When a user enters their information and presses submit, the form appears to submit correctly and displays the success message ‘Success, you’ve been signed up! Please look for our confirmation email!’
    However, nothing is added to my mailchimp list and the user does not receive a confirmation email. Here’s a link to my contact page:

    Thanks for hopping in the forum. I tested the form on your website and it seems this form is not created by the MailChimp wordpress plugin. Can you confirm that you have the MailChimp plugin installed in the WordPress Admin area? The plugin should display as MailChimp and is currently on version 1.4.1. Visit this page for instructions on installing the plugin

    Hi Dominic,

    Thanks for taking a look at my contact page. I actually swapped out the form last night in case anyone contacted me. I’ve switched it back to the mailchimp plugin form. If you get a chance to take a look at it and you have any recommendations as to why its not working properly I’d love your feedback.

    Thanks for switching that form back. I tested the form again and received the confirmation email shortly after. So there doesn’t appear to be an issue with the form. It might be related to the delivery of the subscription confirmation email. MailChimp actually has a great guide that can help in troubleshooting these issues: https://kb.mailchimp.com/article/my-recipients-arent-getting-confirmation-emails-when-they-sign-up/

    If you continue to have problems receiving the confirmation email, it would be best to reach out directly to the MailChimp support team: https://mailchimp.com/contact/ In your email to them, be sure to include the email address used to test the form.
