Form submits the message but just spins and don't do nothing more

I fill out my form, then press “Enviar” (submit) and it just spins.

I’ve received the e-mail, but the forms still spinning and don’t change the page or give me a success message.

This is happening in all my forms on the site (all using contact forms 7)
