    Hi,

When a form has been submitted and a redirect is set up to a “Thank You” page, the message “Your form was successfully submitted.” above the form is still shown when a user navigate back to the page from which the form was submitted.

Is there a way to get rid of that message so it’s not displayed?

  • Dear @brentcredle,
    Thank you for the inquiry.

Can we please have the form link to see how it performs?

We could not reproduce the case on our end.

    Sincerely,

    I have the same issue.
My form is set up to move to a different page on the website after form submission. The web page displays what the user has submitted with some validity checking before populating tables with the entered data using the MySQL Mapping functions. I have a link to redirect the user back to the page with the form to resubmit if there are any errors detected.

The “Your form was successfully submitted” message comes up above the form when the user returns to the form page. This can be misleading as if an error in the data was detected the MySQL Mapping stops the database tables being updated.

It would be really nice to have an option to suppress the “Your form was successfully submitted” message.

    Thanks
