Form submitted, user created, BUT automation not triggered!

We are also suffering from the same bug. User is add to contacts and in the correct list but automation is not triggered.

Hi @sunwine , this was a technical issue within the plugin, which, for some reason, wasn’t triggering the automation workflow. However, we have already fixed it and it shouldn’t happen in the latest plugin.

Perhaps you have a separate situation here. I request you to create a separate ticket and give us more details as to what you have set up, and what is not working as expected. Then we can analyze and help you with a solution.
