    Hi sibivfl,

    Contact Form 7 had updated recently to version 4.2 with major changes in its layout. So we are working for the next version of our plugin “Contact Form 7 – PayPal Extension” which will be compatible with Contact Form 7 4.2. I will get back to you as soon as we launch our new version.

    We have launched Contact Form 7 – PayPal Extension 1.6 which is compatible with Contact Form 7 4.2. You can use it by following the same procedure given in our documentation.
