Form Title not Updating

    Does the Form Title have to be “Contact Form”? I made 4 different forms with the title “Appointments”, “Request an Appointment”, “Request Appointments”, and “Appointment” but the form title is always “Contact Form” in the front end. The backend says its saved for the form title is not updating.

    Nevermind.

    I overrode the form title using css:

    #pwebcontact4 span.pweb-text {
    visibility: hidden;
    position: relative;
    }

    #pwebcontact4 span.pweb-text:after {
    visibility: visible;
    position: absolute;
    left: 0;
    content: “APPOINTMENTS”;
    }

    Hello,

    alternatively you can simply add ‘Header’ field to our form and set its title as you wish.
