Form to Customized Email
-
Hi there,
I’m needing to transition a form from (gasp!) ASP 3.0 into .. something.
A previous developer tried to do it with an out of the box plugin, and the form was rebuildable (it’s a 3 page multi-part with some basic validation.)
The kicker is that the client is in love with his highly customized email that he receives when leads come in. For instance, it will take a list of features that were checked from checkboxes, and put them all in one nice friendly list “Features: Feature1, Feature2, Feature3, etc.” Keeps the email really tidy, plain text and easy to read on his Blackberry. (Yup, that’s what I said, Blackberry. You got the type?)
And the thing he loves the most? The postal code is added to a Google Maps link so he can quick click and see where in the city they are (helpful since he often does house calls.)
Is anyone aware of a plugin that allows you to build the lead-gen email this specifically? Or does it need to be programmed by hand, from scratch?
We want to transition it out of ASP 3.0 before – it dies. ??
Thanks!
Drew
