form to pdf

  • Hi,

    I want to know if there’s a possibility to have a form on my site who export the filled in data to a pdf document?

    For example i have a contact form on the website with 10 fields, once the 10 fields are filled in and i click on send i want a mail with a pdf attached with the data.

    Is this possible with wordpress?
