Form translation

Hi,

Really nice plugin.

I use the French free version. In the donate form, the “first name” (prénom) is requested by default, but not the “last name” (nom). A bit strange. Error in translation ? It seems that last name is always important and requested.

– Is-it possible to make the both requested ? (first and last names) or to switch them ? (last name requested instead of first name)

– Is-it possible to add a billing adress in the form ? (or more) Because if I can easily add the tag {billing_address} in the emails with your panel, I didn’t find the way to put it in the form.
